Jean-Marie HUBERT is responsible for all activities of ENGIE in Austria and Hungary. After 12 years abroad, first in Hungary, then in Germany and most recently in UK, he joined the ENGIE Group in 2008. Here he held various management positions with companies in the field of electrical installations and services in France. On April 01, 2018, he took over responsibility for the company management of ENGIE Austria & Hungary. Born in France, he completed his engineering studies at the École Polytechnique and the institute ENGREF (Institute of Culture, Water and Forestry) in Paris and specialized in environmental issues. As an avid mountain hiker, Jean-Marie HUBERT is very much attached to nature.
Geschäftsführer ENGIE Austria
Ing. Jörg HEIßENBERGER
Jörg HEIßENBERGER verantwortet als Geschäftsführer der ENGIE Austria die Bereiche Marketing und Verkauf, Business Development, Cross Selling sowie Merger & Acquisition. Darüber hinaus berichtet der Leiter Zentraler Verkauf der ENGIE Gebäudetechnik an ihn. Er ist seit 2005 im Unternehmen und führte bis Ende 2014 die Tochtergesellschaften in Zentral- und Osteuropa sowie die Niederlassungen der ENGIE Gebäudetechnik. Ab Anfang 2015 leitete er den Zentralen Verkauf der ENGIE Gebäudetechnik, mit Juni 2018 hat er die Geschäftsführung der ENGIE Austria übertragen bekommen. Davor war der gebürtige Niederösterreicher bei der INTEGRAL Montage und später 24 Jahre im internationalen Konzern YORK im Bereich Kälte- und Klimatechnik tätig, zuletzt als CEO für Österreich und CEE. Seine Ausbildung absolvierte er an der HTL Pinkafeld und an der Donau Universität Krems.
CFO ENGIE Austria
Robert Loidolt is CFO and authorised signatory of ENGIE Austria. He has many years of experience in establishing and managing commercial departments in wholesale, plant engineering and construction and international financial services domestically and abroad as well as in setting up “financial shared service centres.” Born in Vienna, he worked in international corporate groups during his entire career in Austria and various foreign companies in the function of a finance director and was responsible for the areas of finance and administration.

DI (MSc) Peter STIEGER
Peter Stieger is CEO of ENGIE Energie GmbH and an expert in energy issues. In his function, he is responsible for the energy area, which includes energy deliveries and contracting, among others.
He has many years of experience in the energy sector and has had various management positions including with the Mondi Group, Linz AG as well as Siemens and E&S. Peter Stieger has a Master of Science in Power Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna.
CEO ENGIE Gebäudetechnik
Markus Colle is CEO of ENGIE Gebäudetechnik GmbH. He has extensive national and international experience in building technology and HVAC. He joined ENGIE in 1999 as a project manager, then took over sales activities and later managing a major international project. In 2016, he assumed responsibility for the plant engeneering and construction (HVAC) department and since June 2018 he has been CEO of ENGIE Gebäudetechnik.

Ing. Mag. (FH) Philipp BAUMGARTNER, MBA
Philipp Baumgartner is the CEO of ENGIE Kältetechnik GmbH. He has extensive experience in heating and refrigeration technology. He was customer service manager at Windhager Zentralheizung GmbH for the Austrian and German division. In addition, he was in charge of the “service and assembly Europe” profit center at Hauser Kühlmöbel & Kältetechnik GmbH. After graduating at the TGM in Vienna XX (mechanical engineering) he studied "Business Consulting" in Wiener Neustadt and England. Later he completed an MBA at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Philipp Baumgartner is a passionate glider pilot in his free time.
HR Director ENGIE Austria
Mag. Sebastian BEINL
Sebastian Beinl joined the ENGIE Group in November 2009 in the Personnel DepartmentHR department of the former COFELY Gebäudetechnik GmbH and in 2012 he was appointed HR manager. Since November 2016, he has been is HR Director of ENGIE Austria GmbH, responsible for HR Shared Services for the three ENGIE companies (ENGIE Austria, Gebäudetechnik and Energie). He further bears responsibility for the strategic HR Management for ENGIE Kältetechnik and the ENGIE Austria companies in companies in Hungary and Russia. Sebastian Beinl studied law at the University of Vienna and spent a year abroad in San Diego, California, exploring studying the fields of Communication, Business and Political Science.
